Scott T. Riznick, President/Owner, attended Pennsylvania State University for business administration and economics, and has an extensive background in business management. Scott is responsible for advertising and marketing, and aiding the Operations Manager in overseeing the Company’s everyday business operations. His priority is providing unfettered client satisfaction and development. His economic and accounting background enables him to assist owners and investors in producing a cost-effective, quality, profitable project.

William M. Scott LEED AP, Vice President of Operations , a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Management, has over twenty five years of construction and construction-related experience. Bill’s prior experience enhances his ability to interact with management, clients, and field operations to successfully guide the company to continued growth and to deliver superior products and services to our clients.  Bill also became a LEED Associate Professional in 2009, and has used this experience on LEED certified projects, since that time.
